The molecular structure of PET sheet is highly symmetrical and has certain crystal orientation ability, so it has high film forming and film forming performance. Pet plastics have good optical properties and heat resistance, and amorphous pet plastics have good optical transparency. In addition, pet plastics have excellent wear resistance, friction, dimensional stability and electrical insulation. PET bottles are widely used because of their high strength, transparency, non-toxic, impermeability, light weight and high production efficiency. The molecular chain structure of PBT is similar to that of pet, and most of the properties are the same. However, the main chain of PBT is changed from dimethyl to tetramethylene, so the molecule is more flexible and the processing performance is better.
The cable stress of PET sheet is generally controlled to be less than 700 MPa under unfavorable load conditions. That is to say, the prestress control shall be calculated, that is, the pressure of all cables below the temperature is greater than 0, the load pressure of all cables is greater than zero, the cable stress under unfavorable load is less than the design value of cable strength, and the initial cable force must ensure that the displacement of the structure under any load is less than a certain range. In general, the cable should not be loose under any circumstances, and it should be expensive to do so, which is a bit too idealistic. It should be that the cable is slack but the structure can still bear stably.
